I'm Chris. Every box here I imported, checked in Beugen and packed myself. One pack or a complete case: if you're unsure about anything, message me and you'll get a photo of your copy before it goes in the mail. Big order? Come by appointment, we'll check everything together and put the handover in writing; or have it shipped insured and registered, also within the EU.

With sought-after English releases, it's all about pre-orders, purchase limits and queues. Even in Japan, popular boxes often go through a lottery, one per person. We import them ourselves and put them on the shelf here: ordered before 4 p.m. on a business day, shipped the same day.

Japanese sets usually come out weeks to about two months before the English version.
Where does this come from?
The English side is based on reports about sought-after releases in 2025 and 2026: pre-orders that sold out within a short time, purchase limits, canceled orders and reselling around the release. Not every English set is scarce; regular sets are often easy to get a few weeks after release.
Our delivery time applies to boxes and single booster packs: ordered before 4 p.m. on a business day, your order ships the same day, after which delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 in Belgium. Complete cases are listed under Case deals, with a delivery time of 10 to 15 business days.

We never open a box you buy as a box. And the boxes we do open, we open completely — unweighed, unsorted. Which of the two you want is up to you.

A sealed box is only worth something as long as nobody has opened it. That's why it ships out sealed, just as it left the factory.

Why we open boxes
Our single booster packs, mystery boxes and the Vault come from booster boxes we open ourselves. That's cheaper than buying the same boxes individually. Here's why.

01You don't pay for the box
A box is cardboard, wrap and a divider around a stack of packs. If you're going to open everything anyway, that's in the recycling bin within a minute.

02The whole contents sell in one go
A box we sell as a bundle is gone the same day instead of pack by pack over weeks. We earn less on it, but we earn it sooner. We pass that difference on to you.

03The parcel gets smaller
Single booster packs stack tighter than boxes with air inside. The same cards in a smaller box saves shipping costs and filler.

04Less comes along that you throw away
No display, no shrink wrap and no divider arriving at your door. Packaging that never traveled is packaging you never have to throw away.

05A dented box, undamaged cards
A dent in the cardboard makes a box unsellable to a collector; the packs inside usually haven't been affected at all. What we lose on the box comes off your price.
What you give up
You can resell a factory sealed box as a sealed box years later, and you can't do that with single booster packs. If you want to keep it, buy the box. If you want to open it, buy the packs. We sell both and would rather send you to the right product than the most expensive one.

ShippingWhen will my order ship, and how long does it take?
If you order on a business day before 4 p.m., your parcel ships the same day. After that, the next business day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 in Belgium, always with tracking. A complete case ships directly from our supplier to you, factory sealed, with a delivery time of 10 to 15 business days. Cases are listed under Case deals.
ShippingHow much does shipping cost?
Netherlands and Belgium: mailbox parcel €4.95 on orders up to €50, parcel with tracking €6.95, and free from €175. Italy, Spain and Denmark: €12.95 (single packs under €50: €9.95), free from €175. Sweden: €12.95 / €9.95 and Finland: €14.95 / €11.95, both free from €250. Delivery there usually takes 4–7 business days. Pickup in Beugen by appointment is free too. Germany follows soon: we are completing the registration, after which the German shop goes live.
ReturnsCan I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you receive the parcel. Register your return via your customer account or email your order number to info@kaikancards.com; you'll then get the return address. The return costs are yours. If the factory seal is intact, you get the full amount back, including the standard shipping costs; for an opened box or opened packs we charge the diminished value.
ProductsAre your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is the original Japanese release from The Pokémon Company, factory sealed. We check every shipment in Beugen for the wrap, the logo in the wrap and the JAN barcode, and we photograph it when it arrives. Want to see your copy in advance? Ask for a photo via WhatsApp before we ship.
If a product turns out not to be genuine or not factory sealed after all, you get the full amount back, including shipping costs both ways. Read how we check authenticity.
ProductsDo you take cards out of the boxes?
No. A box you buy as a box ships unopened, sealed just as it left the factory. Single booster packs and mystery boxes come from boxes we open for that purpose — unweighed and unsorted, as you can read in Why we open boxes.
