Applicable law and disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements between Kaikan Cards and you.

If you are a consumer living in another EU member state, you always retain the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. You can also always bring a dispute before the court of your own place of residence.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first via info@kaikancards.com or 06 14 34 87 80. We'll try to work it out together. If we can't, you can submit the dispute to the competent Dutch court or to the court of your place of residence within the EU.

The European ODR platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued as of July 20, 2025. So there is no longer an ODR link available. Consumers in the EU can, however, turn to the European Consumer Centre for free help with cross-border disputes.

Product safety

For products we offer, we state on the product page, where applicable, the name and contact address of the manufacturer or of the responsible person established in the EU, together with any warnings and safety information. This follows from Regulation (EU) 2023/988 on general product safety.

Kaikan Cards is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these parties. Brand names are used solely to describe and identify the products offered.

Liability for the content of this website

We put the content of this website together with care. Even so, product descriptions, prices, stock levels and images may contain inaccuracies. No rights can be derived from obvious errors and typos. We reserve the right to cancel an order when a product has been offered at an evidently incorrect price due to an obvious error, and in that case we refund the full amount.
