Frequently asked questions
How many packs and cards are in a Nihil Zero box?
30 packs of 5 cards, 150 cards in total.
What is the difference between Nihil Zero and the English version?
Nihil Zero (M3) is the Japanese release, which came out on January 23, 2026. The English counterpart is called Mega Evolution — Perfect Order and came out on March 27, 2026.
Is a booster box the same as a display?
Yes. Booster box and display are two names for the same box of booster packs. If you are looking for a Nihil Zero (M3) display, this is it.
Is this the Japanese or the Korean version?
The Japanese one. You can recognize it by the Japanese text on the box, the set code M3 and the JAN barcode 4521329432274 from The Pokémon Company. Korean and Chinese releases are cheaper, but they have a different language on the cards, different packaging and a different barcode.

Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is the original Japanese edition from The Pokémon Company, factory sealed. We check every delivery in Beugen for the wrap, the logo in the wrap and the JAN barcode, and we photograph it on arrival. Want to see your copy beforehand? Ask for a photo via WhatsApp before we ship.
If a product turns out not to be genuine or not factory sealed after all, you get the full amount back, including shipping costs both ways. Read how we check authenticity.
Do you take cards out of the boxes?
No. A box you buy as a box leaves unopened, sealed just as it left the factory. Single packs and Mystery Boxes come from boxes we open for that purpose — unweighed and unsorted, as you can read in Why we open boxes.
Why Japanese sets, and not English ones?
Thicker card stock, a sharper cut and a higher chance of a hit. On our homepage, we compare it point by point with the English product.
Shipping
When will my order go in the mail?
If you order on a business day before 4 p.m., your parcel leaves the same day. Otherwise on the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands, 2 to 3 business days in Belgium. We ship with DHL and PostNL, always with tracking: as soon as your parcel is on its way, you get an email with the link. We are temporarily not shipping to Germany; we are working on the registration.
What does shipping cost?
Netherlands and Belgium: mailbox parcel €4.95 for orders up to €50, parcel with tracking €6.95, and free from €175. Italy, Spain and Denmark: €12.95 (single packs under €50: €9.95), free from €175. Sweden: €12.95 / €9.95 and Finland: €14.95 / €11.95, both free from €250. Delivery there usually takes 4–7 business days. Pickup in Beugen by appointment is also free.
Returns
Can I return my order?
A 14-day right of withdrawal on everything. If the seal is intact, you get the full amount back, including the standard shipping costs; for opened products, we deduct the loss in value. Return costs are yours, unless we sent something wrong or damaged. Everything is in our return policy.
How do returns work and when do I get my money back?
Register your return within 14 days via your customer account, the withdrawal form or an email with your order number to info@kaikancards.com. You'll then receive the return address. Return costs are yours, unless we sent something wrong or damaged.
You get your money back within 14 days of registering your return, via the same payment method and including the standard shipping costs of your order. We may wait with the refund until we have received the parcel back or you send us proof of shipment. After that, it can take a few more business days for your bank to process it.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL (via Klarna, instant and at no extra cost), Klarna pay later or in 3 instalments, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Bancontact (Belgium), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Paying later or in 3 instalments via Klarna is a form of credit. Note: borrowing money costs money. More on our Payment methods page.
Order
Something's wrong with my order. Now what?
